Consejo Comunal in Los Roques which now has a big impact on the social welfare
including housing to the local people, also the Islands are cleaner and running
water is now a fact including a top of the state suing system. The New Airport
with an investment of more that $10 million will be finished in April 2008. The
consejo comunal is appointed by the local people providing more security and
